Frenzy helps you find people near you so you can hang out IRL. Nearby discovery is built around approximate location while you use the app — not endless swiping.

How Frenzy finds people around you

Frenzy uses your approximate location while the app is open to show people nearby who are also using Frenzy.

In short:

1. You open Frenzy and allow location while using the app.
2. Frenzy uses approximate location to understand who is around you.
3. You see people nearby in discovery.
4. You can browse profiles, choose who you want to meet, rate friends and people around you, and message them.

Frenzy does not need continuous background location access for nearby discovery. Location is used to make discovery relevant while you are actively in the app.

How to find people near you

1. Download Frenzy from the App Store or Google Play, then create an account with Apple or Google.
2. Set up your profile with a clear photo.
3. Allow location access while using the app when prompted.
4. Open discovery in Frenzy.
5. Browse people nearby.
6. Choose who you want to meet — for example only women, only men, non-binary people, or everyone.
7. Rate people around you and start conversations.

The people you see can change as you move, as nearby activity changes, and as more people use Frenzy around you.
