This Privacy Policy explains how Frenzy ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile apps and website at getfrenzy.app.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Frenzy, we may collect:

Account data such as name, username, email, birthdate, gender, photos, biography, and interests
Location data when you grant permission, used to show people and activity nearby
Device and usage data such as app version, device type, crash logs, and interaction events
Communications you send through the app, including reports and support messages
Purchase data if you subscribe to paid features through Apple or Google

2. How we use information

We use information to:

Provide and improve the Service
Show nearby people and relevant social features
Keep the community safe through moderation and abuse prevention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate Frenzy, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data except where retention is required.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact hi@getfrenzy.app to make a request. You can also manage permissions in your device settings and delete your account in the app.

8. Children

Frenzy is not directed to children under 17 (or the higher age required where you live). If we learn we collected data from a child incorrectly, we will take steps to delete it.

9. International transfers

If you use Frenzy from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be processed in other countries with different data protection laws.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Frenzy after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
