Why can't I sign in to Frenzy?

If you're having trouble signing in:

1. Check your internet connection.
2. Make sure you're using the correct Apple or Google account.
3. Close and reopen Frenzy.
4. Update Frenzy to the latest available version.
5. Try signing in again.
